These Terms of Service govern access to Altyaa workspaces, cockpit recommendations, social publishing tools, and related support surfaces. By creating an account or using a workspace, you agree to use the service only for lawful business operations and to keep your organization members authorized for the roles they hold.
Accounts and workspaces
Workspace owners are responsible for member invitations, connected social accounts, billing contacts, and all content submitted through the product. You must keep account credentials confidential and notify support@altyaa.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or platform-prohibited content. You may not bypass rate limits, interfere with platform integrations, scrape the service, or attempt to access another organization's data.
Social publishing
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Google Business Profile accounts, you confirm that you have authority to manage those accounts and publish content on their behalf. Third-party platforms may reject, delay, remove, or rate-limit content under their own policies.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew according to the plan terms shown at checkout. Unless required by law or stated in a written order form, fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins. The operator may suspend access for unpaid invoices after reasonable notice.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Features may change as platform APIs, compliance obligations, and product capabilities evolve. Material changes to these terms should be reflected by updating the effective date and notifying affected workspace owners.
