Data we collect
The service processes account identifiers, organization membership, role and permission data, billing metadata, audit logs, support messages, uploaded media, generated recommendations, post drafts, and publish-job records. Payment instrument details are handled by the configured payment provider and are not stored by the app.
Social media connections
When a user connects Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, TikTok, or Google Business Profile, the service stores provider identifiers, granted OAuth scopes, encrypted tokens, consent metadata, publish history, and provider responses needed to operate the connected workspace. The service calls provider APIs only within active, explicitly granted scopes.
How we use data
Data is used to authenticate users, enforce workspace permissions, generate business recommendations, publish approved content, monitor integration health, provide support, prevent abuse, and satisfy audit or legal obligations. The service does not sell personal data.
Retention
Account and workspace records are retained while the account or organization remains active. Audit logs, publish records, and provider events are retained for the periods configured by the operator, subject to legal, security, and platform obligations.
Data subject rights
Depending on jurisdiction, users may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or consent withdrawal. Requests should be sent to support@altyaa.com and will be reviewed under the timelines that apply to the request.
Security
Sensitive credentials, including OAuth tokens, are encrypted at rest. The service uses transport encryption, role-based access controls, organization scoping, and audit logging to protect data. No control set is absolute; suspected incidents should be reported to support@altyaa.com.
